Re: Trade E46 M3 for E92 335i?

A vote for no from me. As others have said, the M will end up being a high production classic while the 335i will just be a car that keeps depreciating until it disappears. Also, believe it or not...

Shame on you BMW. It probably dosent make financial sense to spend that much on the car but then again, we rarely make decisions with our heads when it comes to these cars. I know I'd fix mine.

Re: Chasing E46 M3 never ending thud while shifting

They did it from the factory. Now if there is a legitimate part to replace then replace it, but the amount of money people on this forum have blown trying to get rid of this thing is absurd.

Much appreciated. Ill try the brackets and see how it goes. Just needs to be brought in a sliver as i said it only leaks during a wand wash.

Re: Adjusting rear quarter glass

Ill take a look at this thanks. Otherwise it must be the trim as I know they are prone to failure, I just cannot identify any deterioration on mine whatsoever. They are in superb condition.

Re: opinions on paint color

It makes it looks like the clearcoat is stained or failing. Why not just stick with the original colour? The car isnt a hotwheels or TVR.

Re: ("Subframe") RACP cracking and separation - How common, what models?

I think based on all the evidence and given how old the cars are getting its safe to assume you have cracking until proven otherwise. Its just crazy that something this serious was missed in the...
