Check the dipstick, see if the oil looks alright or not. is it black or still kinda golden/yellow? I mean it's pretty cheap and easy to change it, if you are concerned at all may as well do it.

I personally like the 95 over the 96-99 cars for the same reason I like the 97 Integra Type R over 98-01. Only 1 year, different colors, pre-facelift, maybe not as "good" but definitely cooler IMO....
