I’d get custom dyno tune to ensure you’re getting the performance you paid for (mods and tune). Sounds like you’ve got a great set up happening.

I had an aftermarket fuel pump suffering a soft failure causing 2nd try starts unless the car had been sitting for less than ~30 minutes. Replaced with a new oe pump and starts first time.

Car runs very smooth and no different than stock with the exception of an amplified jumpy idle on cold start lasting ~20 seconds.

You can buy the entire assembly for that job. This will cut out of some of the “black magic” I believe. The seal comes set in place with the metal bracket.

I think I found it cheaper on rock auto when I bought it a month ago.
Also replacing the crap plastic(likely disintegrated) pivot pin with one of brass or stainless steel wouldn’t be a bad idea

Does the steel flywheel not rattle when compared to aluminum? I thought single mass fly wheels chatter from being single and not dual!

I checked out the gearing calculator from diffsonline. 3000rpm with Stock gears in 5th gear is roughly 63mph.
3000 rpm with 4.44s in 6th gear is 63mph. So pretty accurate in saying youíre losing...

How do you do this? I know luk comes with the little arms locked into place so when everything is lined up you remove the lock and itís adjusted to the plate. But what about Sachs or another?
