I've undone the wire loom and removed the cabin vent intake piece which is 2 6 or 7mm bolts on the side. Be sure to note on how the bottom vent piece sits on a V ledge when you reinstall the piece.

According to parts lists it a 4.8mmx18mm length but it is tapered so I can assume you can use a pan head sheet metal screw.

You would want the 10lbs aluminum flywheel with a sprung organic clutch disk for stock power levels.

There are lighter 8lb versions iirc but they're used in dedicated track cars.

If you want grip and don't care about your shoes then take off the pads and buy a $5 sheet of skateboard grip tape. Cut to size, peel, and stick it on the bare pedals.

Undo the brake like to the caliper and if it does flow then the caliper is clogged up. Rebuilt calipers are fairly cheap.

Swift 6" coilover springs 60mm 8kg 448/lbs

I have a pair of 6 inch 60mm Swift coilover sprrings. They are 8kg or 448/lbs. Had them on for about a month(500 street miles) before swapping them out for a longer spring.

I just use a ball peen hammer and a mini sledge to knock out the axle. I have the ball side on the face of the axle then tap away until its free.

20 ton shop press, harbor freight impact sockets, and some scrap metal from a yard will go a long ways to help press out all the bushings.

It is a metal flange with a plastic shell to avoid fraying the seat belt. No need to buy a whole belt to replace unless you want it cosmetically looking new.

The foam pad on the headliners are disintegrating as cars get older and eventually fall apart causing sag. I recovered my headliner in suede right when it started falling a part.

I would go with the motion motorsport piece as its 1 piece and it is chassis mounted to the front rails.

I am in the same boat as you. I have about 30k miles on my plates and I get a bad rattle on bumpy/cracked roads. Probably going to look into finding replacement spherical bearings soon as my go to...

All body panels can't be interchanged between the coupe and sedan.

Hard to find a non M with Cosmos black. I have a Cosmos sedan trunk but it has a wing that started to oxidize.

Congrats on the pick up. Might have some luck with paintless dent removal but the head liner and sunroof cassette needs to be dropped for them to have access to the back of the roof.

Only way to get new is from the dealer. Unless you buy a used set and have them refinished to like new condition.

I have adjustable spring perch and springs from my KW V3 since I switched to linear springs with Ground Control articulating spring perchs.

For 500 whp ARP studs with cut ring headgasket will hold. But for more then the forged pistons and rods need to come in.
