Just had an overheat situation with my 95 m3. Currently doing the head gasket.

I do have a Mishimoto radiator...only had issues when pushing it hard on the track.

Overheat happens at end of...

If you have no drivetrain dampening you will have serious chatter issues. You must run either a dual mass flywheel or a sprung clutch.

Why are you trying to install the RTAB after installing the spring? RTABs don't come out to remove the springs, only the shocks need to be unbolted.

EDIT: That slot doesn't go to anything, Its a dead end. You're installing the wrong pump. Check your old pump. You need the pump with the return, like the 96+ pumps have.

Been running the bimmerworld kit for 15k miles, no complaints. Install is tough but not impossible. I don't think the VAC kit is worth the premium.

With my kosei K1's (ET40) I can run a 5mm spacer. But my fenders are rolled but not drastically. Rear camber has to be greater then -2.2 per side.

This is with tires that generally run wider then...

I made the switch from a 97 to a 95 last year. Hasn't been too bad but dealing with the different front suspension geometries is a bit of a pain. Exemption from emissions testing is a real plus.

I've done it on a 95 w/o removing the manifold. Its underneath the first or second intake runner on the head.

Milky oil from vanos unit is just emulsified oil from the air pressure. Does not signify a coolant to oil situation.

The locks on my 95 don't work at all. I plan on replacing the lock actuators in the door at some point, they are ~$100 each (yikes).
