Drove the car 30 min to work. Battery back at 12.6v with car off. I think the alternator hasn't completely failed but probably on its way out. I did change out the battery this past July so hopefully...

Yeah, these 1 piece carbon fiber ones have strange fitment issues. It will help if you take the bumper off and install it off the car. It will allow the front bumper to flex slightly.

I would get a gauge and check for run out. I purchased some brembo rotors and couldn't believe the runout. Had them exchanged and everything is good.

Thanks for the input. I just replaced the FCAB. I don't have any play laterally when I jack the front end and shake the front wheels. Clicking definitely coming from the steering wheel. Clock spring?
