Unlikely its the bottom end. Do a leakdown test. Listen for where the air is coming out from (if either intake or exhaust then its valves/head, if coming from the crankcase then its the rings).

The fluid is red...its not engine oil guys.

I'd suspect selector shaft seal leaking down.

Just check the trans oil to make sure the level is fine, top off if needed. Let it leak if you dont...

Confirmed. The e46 rack has more travel. I use Turner's steering lock spacers to prevent rubbing at full lock.

Intake manifold removal isn't too difficult but it is time consuming. You'll definitely need to remove it to fix the issue you're having.

They squeal and dust but they work. I don't find the cold bite to be that bad and I use them in sub freezing temps.

E36 M3 AASCO lightweight flywheel

For sale is a used AASCO lightweight flywheel for an S50/S52. This is a very old model, there is no part number on the flywheel itself so I cannot 100% confirm its an AASCO.

You're going to have to tilt the window forward in the door which means pretty much dismantling the entire window assembly.

Don't fret if the oil level is above the hi mark. You can safely run a quart overfilled.

Just had an overheat situation with my 95 m3. Currently doing the head gasket.

I do have a Mishimoto radiator...only had issues when pushing it hard on the track.

Overheat happens at end of...

Gotta be careful with the OEM/OE/Genuine designation. The perfect example is the Behr expansion tanks. Behr is an OEM supplier but Behr branded products are shit.

Why are you trying to install the RTAB after installing the spring? RTABs don't come out to remove the springs, only the shocks need to be unbolted.

Yep, install a fresh crush washer on the tensioner and see if the drips stop.

You can easily swap the flanges. They pop right out with a prybar.
