Re: Calling all Virginia International Raceway (VIR) trackers

I find the E46M is either at the top end of low hp, or bottom end of high hp. It's more fun to run high hp. Point by on the straights, back on that ass through the brake zone. :laughhard:

Re: AP Racing BBK from VAC

Yep, stock rear calipers and rotors. A set of front and rear 1.11 pads was $500 shipped. Weight is about 3150lbs with driver.

Re: AP Racing BBK from VAC

Did three days at VIR, and was very happy with them. Ran Ferodo 1.11's front and rear. They do the race brake squeal, but easy to modulate and ramp up initial torque nicely.

Re: Used Hawk DTC-70, PFC 11, PFC DD V1

No chatter. Yes, they are an upgrade, I felt like I had better brake feel. I got about a dozen track days out of one set of rings and they only had light cracks on them. I only got about 8 days out...

Re: First Look - Aston Martin DB9 BBK Retrofit Review

I had to send in a used ring for them to measure it and cut the new one. I can provide a part # for a PFC DD V1 ring, 325mm if you need to order so you don't have to ship them a used one to measure.
