That would make sense, but should they have allowed even more then the original spec. if they were going from a 30 to a 60 weight oil? I have always wondered about this.

That’s why I used a explosion proof B&M bell housing when I did the drag thing several years ago. Wanted to make sure I didn't get hit by flying parts.
