Re: 1999 Dakar M3 Coupe Build/Restoration Journal (Long and Picture Heavy)

Re: Should I buy? Estoril Blue E36 M3/4/5

Hmm, at $20k, that's opens up lot of options. I would ask if you're dead set on an e36 M3. I bought my high mileage Z4M Roadster, although it is in need of some help at the moment. Food for thought

Big fan of the 6er as well. You just never see these M6's on the road.

How come you're about to put yours up for sale after fixing everything? Making room for a new project? :)

Re: Introducing myself: 1999 Techno Violet E36 M3 Coupe

Finally got progress done on the E36. It took me most of the day, but the car has been polished and has a fresh coat of Menzerna Powerlock sealant. Will add another coat tomorrow, as well as polish...

Re: E46 M3 to E92 ZCP

I've always been a fan of the E46 M3, but the E92 M3 won out and I have not looked back since. I've never gotten in my car and thought it was too slow or gutless. I've got 3 M's and the E92 would be...

Moved to a new house back in January so not much progress from the cars apart from they're all running great.

E36 got a much needed alignment. The rear toe was completely out of whack. After being...

Re: Favorite color schemes

Not a fan of PBJ? Haha

The problem is that my Dove interior is in a pretty damn good shape, minus some wear on the driver side bolster. It's also original to the car, so I might just get a spare...

Re: Favorite color schemes

Out of all the "standard" color combos, my choices are
1) Imola/Cinnamon
2) LSB/Cinnamon.

So classy and sporty at the same time.

I've always been a HUGE fan of Cinnamon. My Z4MR is AW/IR...

Re: Hard to let go of M3..

This. I think it's one of the best looking sedans out there (love the Touring even more), especially in Imola Red.

However, I just don't love it enough to add yet another car to wrench on. 3 M...

Re: What's Up - Finally Porsche'd it

That would be great! You can't go wrong with either color.
You are on to something with the matte bronze wheels though. I'm an absolute sucker for the LTW wheels on a Techno coupe, but I can't stop...

Re: What's Up - Finally Porsche'd it

Wow, you finally did it, big congrats!
I'm a sucker for Miami Blue, but even more so purple cars (got a techno violet M3 myself).

I think purple with bronze wheels would be to die for!

Re: My Epic Estoril Cinnamon E46 M3 Build

Re: Possibly interested in trading Oxford Green on Cinnamon for SilberGrau car

I'd personally love to see an Oxford Green or Estoril Blue CSL replica. If the parts are OEM and other mods are good quality, I dont feel like you'd be "destroying" the car.

To be honest, I got them off Ebay for like $60 painted. Showed up at my door from China in 4 days and paint match was flawless. I'd love a proper OEM spoiler at some point

Re: My 2nd e46 M3 stint is over

I think there's definitely more room for the GT4's to depreciate. If the 718 GT4 comes out with a 4L flat 6 and has a manual option, there's no doubt the first gen's will drop more into the 80s for a...

Re: M-car Dream Garage

Currently have 3 M's that I paid around $67k for them, not counting mods and repairs.

E92 M3, 6MT
E36 M3, 5MT
Z4MR, 6MT

Ideally, I'd want to add an M2 Comp (LBB and 6MT) and an E60 M5, but...
