The old M12 stuff is only so so. Little bit weak and the old gen 1 batteries sucked. They did get progressively better and I am replacing everything as they release brushless versions.

The whole front end needs some small tweaks, It was apart so many times, I am sure it's misaligned everywhere.

I tried getting it centered but DMV screws it up every time.

Running 265/35/18 square setup, so it took some tweaking to fit. Fenders are pulled and rolled, no fender liners in the front, bumper...

Caster issue with one wheel

I just replaced my front suspension components and now I am hitting the front bumper with my front left wheel. Right front wheel is centered in the well.

Car is a 1998 M3

The reason the bolts break is due to wheel hop, Unfortunately these cars wheelhop like crazy and any time the suspension load and unloads like that it will snap that bolt. If you can cure wheelhop,...

It would of, but I had a valvetrain failure due owner of previous aftermarket heads forgetting to tell me that rocker arm holes were shallower and rockers being not torqued properly due to bolts...

I doubt that is the 1/45 euro model originally sold in Canada. It is probably a JDM import using the 15 year rule. JDM or new Euro Imports sell for significantly less than the original 45 Canadian...

S54 is just too weak stock, 2 weeks after the swap you will be asking for Force Induction. Either good turbo / supercharger setup on your S52 or LS swap.

3.91 Diff is too much fun. Tires smoke on command lol. Perfect ratio for the motor and transmission, so much more torque.

Worked on the stupid ball joints today. Made my ghetto Lowes remover tool. Ended up snapping two threaded rods, but I got them out. Had to cut half the dust shields off to get the proper angle.

Working on fixing wheel hop now. Still have factory everything in the suspension.

Ordered a new Deatschwerks 300lph fuel pump. No more walbro's. Should have it tomorrow morning, so I should be able to pick up the car in the evening :)

Good news and Bad news.

Good news is exhaust is done and car was being dynoed.

Preliminary numbers it made 400whp and 380wtq.

Bad news is car lost fuel pressure 5 minutes later, 0 psi at the...

Had bad ecu, sucks I already spent money to get a HP tuners license on it. Had to pay another $100 to relicense the new one.

Exhaust should be ready tomorrow and tuning should be done Wednesday.

Fixed my brake lights, stupid switch popped out of the housing.

Got the MGW shifter installed. It fits perfect and can adjusted so it's offset forward or side to side. Puts the stick dead center...

Took a first drive today! Too damn loud with open headers. Still needs a tune as well, need to re-bleed the brakes as well.

Had to fix a leak in the transmission tailshaft housing, so engine and transmission had to come out again.

Here is the T56 opened up, you can see the leak by the bottom of the case by the magnets....

Had to redo fuel routing since the new age hotrods headers are in the way for factory fuel filter location, had to move it to the tunnel. Ended up welding on AN fittings to factory fuel lines and...
