FCP Euro has lifetime replacements for OE BMW CSL/ZCP Rotors, so that should help with rotor cost.

If it is under 1k, then it was a budget set. HJS, as you are probably aware, are 500 a pop or thereabouts for the E46. OE cats do fail eventually, but street cars are not designed for dedicated track...

The DINAN parts and the Brembos (4 pot front and rear preferably) fit the build based on the condition of the car - the rest of the mods, not so much.

25k, but I'll be using them until the ride quality and handling starts to deteriorate, maybe around 50-75k. My friend probably has about 30-40k on them and damping is still good. I'm sure a shock...
