I would get a set of the conti’s. The wide 245 should be fine on a 10 inch rim. Will C used to run that 245 r7 on 18x10. There’s also a bunch of s2000 guys running the 225 on 10 inch wide wheels....

Every 30 minutes is a ďswitchĒ from slower to faster cars. Itís self assigned and you can actually run in both groups if you want.

Ran a one day/night event at Pocono with Audi Club NJ. Highly recommend, I had a blast running in the daylight and into the nighttime. 5 sessions starting at 5:30pm and going until midnight.

I need to adjust the wing a bit, to reduce some drag. That lap was 128 mph on the back straight. Last year with no aero was 137. (Speedo is like 2-3 mph off cause of the tires)

You have no heat shielding between the transmission and the chassis. Thats why you're getting heat in the cabin.

I took out the oem heat shielding in my track car and put reflective gold foil...

If you can afford a higher end damper like mcs/jrz. It will make the stiffer springs a lot more comfortable on the street. Will be worth it since you plan on taking road trips and such. Save yourself...

I know for my e36, most of the kits available will rub unless you have the turner rack spacers. It limits you about a quarter turn each way.

Turner monoball rsmís

Good condition turner rear shock mounts. Race monoball version. Nice and tight, only used for a couple seasons. Comes with 10 and 12 mm shock inserts.

Same story as you with the bimmerworld ones, although I have no plans to replace mine yet. Have no reason to.

I do wonder how hard they will be to get out (with the sleeve retainer) though.

Tires become “bricks” when they get old or cold. Track tires should never be kept anywhere below 30 degrees.
