Different versions are made for different manufactures like Mercedes and BMW. You probably got the narrow 275 as opposed to the wider one.

The "275" isn't that accurate, but tirerack lists all...

I could/would recommend the Evo3 UUC, but I'm unaware of any issues they could cause with the synchros like the one poster mentioned. If you're going to be spending $300-400 on a SSK, might as well...

Couldn't agree more. That's why I went back to OEM+. Ya a longer throw, but so much more comfortable relative to the others considering you're dealing with a crunchy gearbox.

AS 20% is probably the sweet spot. I and others found the 30%a bit too much, but lots of people love it and even some love the 45%.

I think the smoothest shifting you'll get is with all stock...

Absolutely! Both with and without the red and gold adjustment perches. With the perches, you should use the tear drop shaped reinforcement plates. Garagistic has the cheapest if your kit doesn't...

Just get euro floaters for about $600 from husker dealer aka bmwdirectparts.com

I wouldn't rec them if you were autox or tracking, but they're great for street, maybe too grabby with u.s. bmw pads...

For a spacer to convert hub size, I'd guess it'd have to be thick enough (10mm+) to warrant a hub lip extension. Spacers under 10mm don't get a hub extender, so I don't think they'd be able to do...

If you run an aftermarket dual pipe sect 2, you'd make things worse or no change at all as those usually have...
