Don't let people be confused with just simply having the wrong fluid fill in the diff. Without the FM booster, the LSD unit will make grinding noises on turns.

Wolf, the stacks aren't actually thicker when used with the matching plate. The spring tension is increased though.

B springs are 1.20mm
A springs are .80mm

B plate is thinner by .40mm

I would not trust this job to a “professional” personally. Recovering the part, yes. Getting the part out and reinstalling, hell no.

DIY the removal and bring the part in if you can.

You need to call them for orders. Their site is archaic. As I said, I've never ordered any myself, so it would be beneficial to contact them yourself.

It's BM134.

BM134 from www.veteranco.com. Everyone claims it is OE, but I haven’t ordered yet myself.

Don’t bother trying to reuse yours. It is good to reuse on pillars and such though.

Where were we not clear? Your 5-year old sale date is not relevant today. The car you sold is worth 18-20k today. More if you knew what cleaning products were.

This is all based on facts. Where...

Re: Leaking Clutch Fluid under transmission

You have an E46 M3 with SMG. This is the E36 section. You could have a slave leak, but that mess looks like oil leaks from CPV, rear main seal, oil pan, etc.
