The 9.5x19" wheels have an offset of 27 (oem evo's)

You should do it when the oil is still warm. It's easy to drain most of the old oil then. I wouldn't do it when the engine is still hot. You already gave the reason: you could burn yourself.

I had a key last time that didn't work. So I reinitialized it and it was fine again. But then my other keys couldn't open the car...
