Thanks man! I was a bit concerned the colors wouldnt look good together, while I was finishing up in the booth, but seeing it in the light changed my mind.

The gel coat on the CF vents were cracked. When trying to sand down to the crack, through the clear, it sanded down some CF, which would have looked really bad under clear coat.

In different lighting conditions, it changes the color a bit. That's what drew me to it.

You'll still have to drill into the tunnel. I bought a three and a quarter inch bi-metal hole saw from Lowe's that's almost the exact size you need to get your shifter linkage from the transmission...

Unless you plan on using a chassis mounted shifter (CAE, RTD, etc.) you will have to machine the housing for the OEM shifter style setup.

The above mentioned shifters have the centering spring...

The shifter has a centering spring on it. Watch a few videos on this style shifter.

They have a non locking and locking version. The locking version just locks out reverse and unless you shift...

The IRD or whatever it is, on ECS site, is NOT self centering, so youd have to machine the bell housing to use it.

If you dont need those parts...buy the bellhousing parts (for machined areas) and OEM style shifter setup,...

No. I replaced the trans with a lower mileage unit (mine only had 90k), replaced the Guibo and CSB as well, as mx items.

My old trans has a broken compression spring, so now I have an extra trans...

A lot of these parts are "while youre in there" parts. Since removing the trans is somewhat of a large job, freshen the parts up while you have it down and accessible.

As far as I know, correct. The screen is still there but nothing will be lit up in that area as its coded out.

I would recommend you look through both the DIY thread on this swap, and the addendum thread to validate all the parts needed for the swap.

I dont want to say my list is EVERYTHING thats...
