260M Wheel - TPMS question

Can anyone confirm the original TPMS on the 260M wheels for the E92 M3 are compatible with E46 M3 TPMS system?

TIA

Re: 260M Wheel - TPMS question

I know on my E46 M3, it uses plain rubber valve stems, no TPMS sensors. The TPMS system is based on tire rotation measurement, not directly measuring pressure.

So, unless your car is different, it won't use the sensor anyway, and therefore doesn't matter what sensor is in the wheel.
