I dont really drink. Never got into beer and I would like to know what are some of your favorites. Also, if you guys have any suggestions for a nice noob beer.

I typically associate higher price with higher perceived quality. I enjoy high quality.

Thanks in advance.

Well, if you are not a beer drinker you are probably going to enjoy a lighter beer like a Pilsner or lager.

Stella Artois and Harp are good lagers, Pilsner Urquell and Bitburger are excellent Pilsners.

Heffe weissen, or weisse, are sweet, easy to drink "wheat beers." I love Franziskaner.

If you have a good palate, and are willing to drink something with flavor, try some quality Ales. There are TONS of great Ales out there, including American (new school) and Belgian (old school). My favorites are:

Stone IPA. Amazing. All Stone Brewery beer is fantastic.
Chimay Red. Outstanding, and readliy available.
Brother Thelonius. Not made anymore. best Ale, best beer, actually, that I've ever had.
Chimay Red. Outstanding, and readliy available.
Delirium Tremens: Awesome!
Rogue Ale: all are awesome!

If you are in the Midwest and can find Sprecher or Lakefront Beer (both from Milwaukee), get it. It is amazing.
