thinking of selling my E36 M3

I see this market is all over the place what say you guys in the e36 section. Its a bone stock 98 hellorot red on black coupe with a proper mans trans. Shes in amazing 1 owner condition with flawless paint and runs like a dream. The only two setbacks are 158k and the drivers bolster has some wear. The Interior presents like new and I dont think anyone or anything has ever sat in the back. Thanks in advance gents :hattip: whats she worth based a above average shape car (mint)

gotta find a good source to host my pics

Sounds like a 12-14k car dom, could be less if there is lots of deferrred maintenance, could be a bit more with a binder full. My suggestion as your financial and driving advisor is to drive it tomorrow and see if you still want to sell it. I bet you won't, at least for a few weeks. It's not enough of a cream puff with that mileage to net you a big return.

Sell once, regret more.

Dom's got a 6 speed Ferrari. He won't miss this peasant mobile unless he drove it enough to develop an attachment to it.

Agree. 12-14K as long as the major stuff is working and maintained. Bolster wear is generally expected and OK however...tears/cracks/holes are not expected & should be fixed to get the best dollar.
Mileage would keep it from getting beyond 14K to most folks but upgrades and a binder of receipts at that mileage would perhaps be attractive enough to the right buyer to offer more ...and then factor in where it is in relation to the potential buyer.
Keep in mind that my E36 M3 knowledge is limited to my time here since joining but I already have 2 of these things.
