I don't think there would be any significant difference because you gonna be welding the plates to your car, which is gonna be pretty strong in itself.

Main reason why I chose HPF is because the plates are bit thicker but you cant go wrong with any of them.

the HPF plates are thicker and offer a bit more surface area than the Turner plates, particularly the rear plates.

I have the HPF subframe Reinfoircement Kit on my 06 M3 and its been nothing but good to me. I have had no issues what so ever. HPF did the installation for me since i am local. BUMP GLWS

Any way to install these plates without welding? Like using a strong epoxy to put them on?

That will not work good at all. You need to weld the plates no matter what for it to reinforce your subframe and you not have to worry about having issues.
