Hi guys, i just recently moved to DC and my car has hit that 1200 milestone, well a little more... Can you guys tell me a reliable and well known dealership in the area so i can get my car serviced. Plus if anyone lives in the DC area and would like to tell me a place where i can either wash my car or get it washed, it would be really appreciated. Thank you

Depending where you are in the DC area, you've got plenty to pick from..I use Passport BMW in Maryland...Have no complaints

Until recently, they were great! They wrecked my M3, then totally sh$t on me with their crappy customer service.

You will totally forget about the distance after you have experienced Towson BMW service. It is, hands-down, the BEST in the area for BMW service. The service advisors are knowledgeble and pay special attention to detail, the atmosphere is nice, clean, with coffee/donuts... basically everything you would expect/want and more. Talk to Terrence... he is the man (knows M3s) and takes care of you 100%.

Towson BMW is the only place in the DC/Metro area that I completely trust my M3 with.

I'm going there right now to pick up my car. Inspection II is done

In the meantime, I had this great loaner to drive around in...

Yeah they ****! I wrote a 3 page letter to BMWNA CEO Tom Purves. I dont expect much... just a little customer satisfaction since I have purchased 3 BMW's in the past 5 years. My best services have been in GA. Treated like a KING!

Hahah. .how much do you love your car?

It's about 45miles from my house, but I gladly make the trip. So worth it

DO NOT GO TO PASSPORT BMW.. they are the worst. Do a search, it's been covered a lot.

That said, I would definitely take my car to BMW of Sterling before FFX BMW.

I saw your car there the last time I had my car in there.

Towson is truly a pleasure to work with. Just dont let them wash your car! Have you seen the brush they use? SCARY!
