so my RR tire separated from the wheel today when i hit some train tracks. treadwear on the inside is really bad while outside looks good. I don't know if it can be fixed or not, so i'm looking at new tires.

1. what would cause the uneven wear? The LR & Fronts didn't look so bad.

2. what are some hot tires to buy to replace at around 160 or less / tire.

Too much Toe in?

No fixing those tires. Get new ones.

M3s are prone to wear faster on the right rear then the left becuase of the differential, it's just how it is, although it shouldn't wear that much on the inside, deffinently too much negative camber.

Kumho MX. They make a 245/40 and a 255/40

Don't even think about the other Kumho street tires as they are junk.

Toyo TS-1's I hear are noice too.

I bought 2 yoko es100's in 255/40/17 today for new rears. they will install tomorrow.

limited stock etc. That also leaves me in the market for snow tires and wheels if anybody knows of a good deal.

I'm thinking of selling my 18x8 Mille Miglia for $350 if you are interested.

it sounds like a good deal, but i don't think it'd be much of an upgrade over my ltw's and I'm looking for a 17 or possibly 16" wheel to save money on the snow tires.
