There's fewer and fewer M3s out there with lower mileage (50-100K), but these are often pretty expensive. I assume the biggest risks are motor, tranny, and chassis since many M3s have had their suspensions and exhaust replaced.

Is there a chance that the chassis will be soft and loose? I was considering the work to get the motor upgraded to 2.5L, but I don't know if that can be done to a motor with such wear.

Do we have anyone that has a 200K+ M3 out there?

Sorry for the ramblings, I just want to know what my options are.
