The rims on the first car really make the car look hot. The rims on the second car look pretty bad.

I agree about the design of the car ,it just doesn't excite me.The best part of this pic is the background.

It looks pretty big from that angle, almost as big as the 5 series. Still holding out hope for the E90 M3.

The car looks great. It's way better looking than the E46. To those talking **** about Bangle just STFU and wait to see the car in person. I did.

BMW actually had some of the 'old' E46 3-series designers partake in the design of the E90 design. Bangle actually had less to do with this E90 design than many might think.

Yep. The guy who also designed the E39 is the same guy responsible for much of what you see on the E90, allegedly. His name is Joji Nagashima. I like the rear of the car, but the front doesn't do it for me yet. The SP wheels are nice, and are the only wheels I like so far. I always liked the M68s and this wheel looks like a worthy successor.

I think its sparkling graphite was gonna get that color on my m3.

OMFG!!! i was at the dealership a couple days ago and i saw this car. if you think its ugly in the picture you need to see it in real life. the front end and rear end look like two different cars. the question is who the hell is going to buy this car?

lol... you got a point! i'm guessing folks that have money to spend on an ugly car and buy it just for the brand name and looking different.

trust me guys.... the car is far better looking than the e46 sedan... u just have had limited visits with it in person, i work for a dealer in SD and see the e90 all the time...car is damn nice... 330i sport is very tough looking in person

I'm going to have to deny this nasty rumor. Bangle had very little to do with the E46. The E46 was styled by the previous design head (forgot name), and Bangle just over-saw it after the previous dude got thrown in jail. Then he had to stick his filthy paws into the E90, and now we have a debacle. What a choad.

Gee, I get more compliments on my "ugly" 5 than my "gorgeous" 3. That picture is sweet, but, I agree, the new 3 series is even better in person. Y'all sound like a bunch of rlcers on a budget when you bash a car solely for its looks, without so much as a test drive. I guess the looks of the new M3 will be forgiven when it has 400hp. However, some won't be able to afford it until it reaches the end of its design cycle. Somehow though, it'll magically be better looking than a regular 3, right?

Yes, because not wanting to drop down 55K on a car that you think is ugly makes you a *****? :chair: Great logic, especially when there are other alternatives. You should buy something that makes you happy with looks and performance factored in.
