View Full Version : New 2005 M3 in Germany
Davinoadam Mon, Mar-07-2005, 08:25:01 PM Just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently in the US Army, stationed about an hour outside Munich, Germany. I ordered a 2005 M3 a few weeks ago, and expect it in 3 weeks. They have a pretty good deal worke out for US military, and I got it completely tax / duty free.

Need4Spd Mon, Mar-07-2005, 08:54:43 PM Congrats! I'm convinced the M3 is the "new Mustang" for people in the service. In the '60s and '70s, guys in the service would get or keep a Boss 302 Mustang when they got back stateside, but it seems like a lot of people in the service these days get M3s instead. Anyway, post some pics of your car when you get it!
Irrenarzt Mon, Mar-07-2005, 09:30:38 PM You should become friends with Leisure Leo and Army Chief as they do 'Ring runs during the summer months. I bet that is super fun.

M3Gman Sun, Mar-20-2005, 12:24:24 PM Mine is being built this week and I am picking it up in Munich. Interlagos Blue loaded w/ everything!!
Unfortunatly I am leaving for Oklahoma in three (Tinker AFB) weeks so I only have 2 weeks to drive it in Europe. It will be safer in Oklahoma for sure.
The USAF has been good to me... The stock market helped a bit too though... Not many peeps in the miltary can afform an M. I take much sh#% from my frinds but they think blowing 100 euros a night at a club on drinks is cool!!
:peace:

I get the same Sh!t.. don't worry while we are enjoying our nice rides, they can enjoy a bunch of beer at a club, and have nothing to show for it..
Power_Dome Sun, Mar-20-2005, 02:57:43 PM Hey Budman...I can't get onto Allianz anymore. No matter what I try. I've retrieved my password and built a whole new username and I still can't sign-in. Anyway, it's good seeing you here. I just got an M3 from Rhein. The 2003 that's been there forever; Silver, Xenon, 6MT, Leather. Well, we'll see you around.
