hey,
I saw some DIY about the v1 hardwire, but I don't have the kit anymore (v1 has been in 3 cars now heh). All I have is the unit and part of the cord that was hardwired in my old 330ci.
Can someone give me a list of parts to get a radio shack or someplace to do the DIY?
Thanks.

Just head over to Valentine1 (http://www.valentine1.com) parts section and order the parts you need. Do a search for the v1 hardwire, there's been plenty of threads lately on it.

ya V1 hardwire is a pretty easy install. Valentines hardwire kit makes it pretty easy. However I'm not sure what to do if you have the homelink garage opener because I think Madrussians guide taps into the would be power source for it.
