I'm thinking of going with 235/265 MPSC this year due to a bit too much oversteer with the 265's all the way around. My current suspension is Dinan stage 3, with front bar on medium. Should I go w/full hard on the sway or go w/staggered sizes for DE's?

fix the end of the car where the problem is.

Where is the car oversteering? turn in? mid corner? exit?

Exit.

The car should not be oversteering because of tire width. The only exception would be if you were heating your fronts up quickly, while the rears were still cold. This could cause a situation where the rear may come around on you.

But, its mostly likely something else in your setup causing oversteer.

And I agree with Sean, fix the end of the car that has the issue, dont band aid the problem by reducing grip at the other end.
