View Full Version : Virginia (and "nothern southeast") Members: KOP Meet!
Fri, Feb-11-2005, 05:22:13 PM
I know that some of you who live in Northern Virginia only frequent the SouthEast forum, but I thought you should know about a meet that's going on in King of Prussia, PA... which shouldn't be too far from you guys... (heck, Pittsburgh - where I'm comming from - is further away!)
You should check out this thread (http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=52662&page=1&pp=10) for details, and either respond, or PM Obioban or myself and we'll add you to the list!!!
Talk this thing up people, and make it huge!!!!

I'm considering the trip, but it's roughly a 3-hour one-way trip up to KoP, so I'm not entirely sure yet. I'll have to check and get back to you guys.

3 hours isn't tooo bad: say we meet at 12, you just have to leave by 9am... that's not toooo terrible...
I've made that trip from Pittsburgh in 3 hours 40 mins... although I doubt I'll go this fast the second time around...

Man...5 and half hours is a little too long for me.

Yeah, that's kind of a long drive. My lower back starts to hurt alot after about two hours of straight driving. :\

Take a pit stop in the middle ;)
I think it'll be worth it!!
Scott, I agree... 5 hours is a long time... I will personally be driving that the night before and either staying at MattsMThree's place, or at my friend's place at UPenn.. but unless you have a place to stay overnight, that might be a rough day... :( too bad.. I would have loved to meet you and see your M!
Trev... still hoping you can make it... ~3 hours (from Fairfax) is doable!! a pit stop in the middle will cure that back!!

I'll make it to some of these kinds of meets when I have the time. Perhaps summer.
