Yea, looking at the weather now, it might be too cold to wash the car on Sat and Sun looks pretty damn cold too...

I would hate rolling up there with a dirty car...

A couple weeks ago I washed my car when it was about 36 outside haha, damn that was cold.

3 more weeks till I get my ///M3 back from the shop, but when I get it back we should all get together. It should be nice and pretty straight from the shop. Man do I miss driving it. The Audi Doesn't compare: 190hp vs 260ish hp....?( need to dyno my ///M3) Its a fun car still.

So what do you all think, are we still on given all this DAM snow? :drink:

Yeah, the meet is still on as far as I know. The roads are fine and it's supposed to warm up a bit over the next couple days, around 44 tomorrow. So I'll probably clean her tomorrow because I am crazy like that. ;)

I may try to wash mine tomorrow, but we'll see. Come to think of it, I don't even have the mf towels I ordered yet, so probably not.

I'm still planning on going to the meet on Sunday, but I hear it's supposed to snow AGAIN (:fuming:) on Sunday/Monday.

Yeah it was a lot of fun. It was great meeting everyone. Unfortunately, I didn't take too many pictures, but I saw a lot of cameras so I didn't think getting pics would be a problem. :)

From talking to a few of the guys out there today, I'm thinking there will be another meet in the not-too-distant future... but hopefully we'll be out of this cold season by then.

I'd personally like to get some group drives (possibly to some mountain areas to the westish) in the spring. I have no problem with helping coordinate things if there's enough interest.

I hope we can organize another meet, maybe in the spring. As far as a group drive, I have this software called " Route 66" and it lets you plan a trips via your computer and I think it shows the best routes,roads,landmarks,etc. Maybe this could help?

Guys, sounds like an excellent idea and I think we could throw a drive together. Kurt, I am intrested in seeing this program, may be helpful because I know I personally don't know all the good roads out there.

Sounds good to me. I'd like to see what the program can come up with. If nothing else, it sounds like it'd be a good way to plan the route and/or distribute to those attending. Does it allow you to export maps/directions in a standard picture or text format?

I'll do some scouting around at some point, and hopefully we can pull something together in the somewhat near future. We could take everyone's ideas and try to make a nice route out of it. :D

I think a drive through the great lakes area would be nice. The road is very curvy and lots of hills. Its out where most of the Washington Wizards live. 3-8 Million dollar houses. Very sceneic.

For those who I met Sunday, it was nice meeting you... finally putting names with faces on this forum... :beer:
