well is it? i have plan planning to order this car for some time now... i thought 2/1/05 would be the big day until i heard Idz21 mention how awful it is (very squeaky brakes, steering wheel falls apart, wheels crack)...

please those that own it confirm or deny this...

Talk to member, Will ZCPM3, he just purchased his ZCP recently. I'm sure it would help if you got opinions from another party.

Lmao. Yeah, he was joking.

I took my car back to BMW to clean it tonight and saw two ZCP M3's being delivered.

BTW, I believe Idz21 is already down south getting his. I am meeting him up in this area tomorrow.

Unless hes already at Scotts house. *Waves at Idz* ;)

it would make sense...its a club racer, not a god damn daily driver.

the pads are higher CF pads designed for higher temps so at lower temps they squeel.

the alcantara parts are not high longevity bits...they look good but fall apart, same issue on the 330ZHP

as for the wheels, i cant comment on that.

He couldn't make it tonight..whether ws to bad to risk getting stuck. He called and said he was heading straight to NJ.

Idz21 and Technik 1 just picked theirs up cars. I spoke to Gus, Technik 1, on his ride back with Idz21 and he said they are trying to make it back fast to avoid the snow.

k, i took Idz name out of the subject line. can't really tell when someone's joking and someone isn't online.

and i learn a lot from forums, first is300.net when i had my IS, then a 350z forum with my current z, and now here as i prepare for the M.

i guess my point is that if the ZCP stuff WAS crap, i would hear about it here first, you know? so i listen pretty closely to other M owners...

Like everyone else has said, he was yanking on mlners chain. 800 miles on my ZCP so far, no problems other than the weather sucking over here and not allowing me to surpass the break in mileage yet!
