Thats right, boost logic is finishing production on it seems to be two turbo systems, one a 500 rwhp system and the other a 1000 rwhp system. My cousin told me this since he came across it looking for systems for his supra. The kit should be pretty cheap and very reliable. If thats going to be the case, I think I'll pick up that 500 hp one.

It should be good. There are lots of pics posted in the FI section at bimmerforums. The connection from bf.c to boostlogic is through one of their employees who owns a turboed m roadster with 460rwhp!!

They apparently are making the kit to take a t61 or possibly bigger (though i dont know why).....should be a good kit for hopefully around $7k.

I dont actually think they plan on having 1000hp....its more just a description of how large the turbo is...thats supra territory and big dog supra at that.

There is no way I would even want 600hp...I want 450rwhp...even that will make smoke of the tires in the first 2 gears. :dance:

the Technique Turbo is essentially out..with more deposits having been placed recently..i believe it could be out right now in a limited run with availabilites.

the boostlogic should be out in about 2 months as stated by their contact on bf.c whose name is Moadster.

It's an awful feeling when you're in 2nd close to redline and you hear a bang then clunk ding clunk clink then white smoke and the smell of burned oil.

No, If i were to go wtih 450rwhp, I would do way more than just throw on a turbo and lower the compression with a headgasket. That kind of power is deserving of more attention to detail.

I can imagine the horror of hearing those noises, thats the one worry I have about going Forced Induction..i want it to be reliable.

um.. try smoke the tires in 3 gears.. lol.. with the 8.5 inch wides u may be able to squeeze out 4th gear too on a cold day.. :thumbsup:

sounds like a sweet setup.. hell i wouldn't mine just 350rwhp.. especially in order to conserve the engine, tires, clutch etc.. for me there is no need for more.. with the weight of this car compared to a supra, it wouldn't be a problem keeping up with 350rwhp.. although i may not catch a 700rwhp, but i feel better knowing im not going to blow it up.. sounds like a pretty sweet setup though.. can't wait to hear actual numbers, prices etc so i can do this :tongue: :tongue: :tongue: when i go by a supra TT.. :dance:
