SOLD!!!!

I have a BMW iPod Interface for sale. P/N: 65 11 0 439 426. Comes with interface unit with rubber insulator, ipod cable, radio harness cable and round pin removal tool. The round pin removal tool is from snap on and much cheaper than the BMW tool. It worked like a charm to remove the harness from my car. Its next to impossible to do this job without it and I'm including it with the kit. The ipod kit goes for $250+ from Tischer and ecstuning. The round pin removal tool was $20. I'm asking $150 Shipped and Paypaled for everything. Please do not lowball me.

I installed a Dynavin so I don't need this anymore. It worked with my iphone4 and charged it as well. Will work with ipods as well obviously.

Installation instructions from Madrussian http://m3.madrussian.net/diy_ipod.shtml

Does it work with the Nav system? I have a 9/03 build 2004 model with Nav.

Actually I'm missing a cable for this. I just took a look at this DIY (http://m3.madrussian.net/diy_ipod.shtml) and will need to remove one more cable. Until then this FS is on hold.

If it works with the Nav system, I'm interested when you pull the necessary cable.

Yes it works with nav unit.

Are you positive that it works with our oem nav systems? On madrussian it says this: "A BMW M3 (E46) without Navigation 9/01 or later production." Can anyone confirm this?

The iPod kit Madrussian used is a different part number from mine. The one he used has a Part number on the main unit of PN: 65110392131 (in the first picture of his diy). The PN on my main unit is PN: 65110035963.

This kit is the same as the one that sold recently in the link below.

Howdy............new to the forum. I'm trying to remove the OEM ipod interface from my car and need to remove those stupid pins and put them back where they belong. So, I'm looking for a cheap round pin removal tool. Any idea what that Snap-On part number was?

Yeah they are a royal pain to remove WITH the tool so I couldn't imagine doing it without the tool. The snapon site is screwy right now so I can't find the link. But its called the Blue Point GA500A (~$25 shipped). I found out about it off of the BMW motorcycle forum. There are 5-6 pin removal tools on this one tool. You'll have to use the round one that has the largest diameter. Wrap a towel around it line it up and push like you've never pushed before. :goodluck:

Is this still for sale. I am interested. You can send a message to my personal email at jmenrico@gmail.com if the unit is still available. I have a 2002 M3 with the factory nav. I read in earlier posts that it works with the Nav units so I'm very interested.

Thanks,

Mike
