Help! Glue streaks on my M3 wheels.

I bought a 1998 M3 three days ago. During the initial inspection, the previous owner informed me that he applied additional glue to two of the wheels center roundels and that he drove it without waiting for the glue to dry out completely. Although I’m currently enjoying a beautiful M3, now I’m left with glue streaks on two of the wheels spreading from the center to the outside edge (see picture in link below). Is there something I can use to remove these glue streaks without damaging the wheels? Any help will be highly appreciated.

Use "oops"

Goo gone is excellent for such problems. Just dab on, let sit for a minute and then buff off. Multiple repetitions of those steps may be needed if the substance has bonded itself well onto the wheels/paint...but it will come off nonetheless. Goodluck
