Would it be of any benefit to condition new seats before much use? I have Leatherique, Connelly's Hide Food, Lexol, and many others from other cars.
Was planning on using the Leatherique products for the Nappa.

I would say it probably wouldn't hurt anything to do it.

Condition at least once a month. Leather needs it.

cleaning the surface dirt off and replenishing the oil in leather is a good thing.

Leatherique is awesome stuff and yes you should do it once a month, at the most... I would think anything more than that is useless...
