View Full Version : Wrinkles on Nappa Leather

The Nappa on m3 is amazingly smooth and luxurious than the montana in 330. Is it possible to get the folds/wrinkles out from the drivers side bolsters ?

In short, no. The most you could do is have it restretched or recovered, but even then the wrinkles would return after use because your weight shifting in the seat is reversing the process and would eventually cause a tear in the material (because it's been stretched). A good thought, but a wasted expense IMO. Just keep them cleaned and conditioned and they will last a long, long time. You can find plenty regarding this under the Car Detailing board. Just do a quick search.

yup, nothing much you can do other than keep the leather protected. This would just delay the inevitable, but youre gonna get wrinkles either way. Besides conditioning leather is fun :D
