Yea we all want hardtops...

However in your case you you dont meet the requirements to post in this forum... 150 posts or 1 year as a member.

http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=235899

Due to an ever increasing volume of spammers, scammers and non-sponsor commercial sellers the forum has been forced to implement a minimum post count policy for all members in the marketplace.
This policy requires all members to have a minimum of 150 posts or one year of membership in good standing before being eligible to list items for sale in the marketplace. However, the post count limit does not apply to car listings. We have decided to allow members with a one year or longer member ship to list cars for sale.

This also includes WTT (Want to Trade) and WTB (Want to Buy) threads.
Any member that is found to be in violation of this policy will have their threads removed and continued violation may result in your account being restricted.
Any member who has violated the For Section rules and has received an infraction for doing so, will not be allowed to post For Sale threads until their violation expires. Please understand this policy has been implemented to protect our members and to help insure a healthy and equitable marketplace. This rule is different for listing cars for sale; to be eligible to sell a car in the Marketplace we require you to have been a member for a minimum of six month, but there is no minimum post count requirement.

M-3 Modness, what would you pay for a hard top? I assume hard to find a used one in Texas. What's the price range you've seen?

Thanks

I am also curious about what prices are like. I'm considering selling my carbon black ht for the right price. I just checked Tischer and if their website can be trusted they're selling them new for $2,628.00 plus shipping. Any idea what they're doing on the secondary market?

There is this thing called a SEARCH... You guys need to use it...

Search the FS forums and find the going prices... They have a wide range depending on location and time of year...

I think this job is for the moderators. Are you a moderator?

Actually if you had read the requests of the Administrators you would already know that members have been asked to help monitor the FS forums for these types of posts to aid the overtaxed moderators...

I will refrain from posting my personal opinion on you as it would be an infraction of the rules, but I will say next time read more before posting...

I believe the suggestion was to report to moderators not chastise. Hence the triangle with the exclamation point.

That was one option, but that was more for SPAM and not for handling all these types of posts. as other options such as this were discussed as well. Such warnings can also save forum members from entering into transactions with questionable members, thus saving them from fraudulent transactions.

And asking posters to discontinue from breaking the rules was also requested, especially when pointing out the issue to brand new posters can save them from getting the mod hammer for it...

Again, it would benefit you more to read before posting...

Heh... :thumbsup2:

The string was about WTB, not FS...

So you might want to contact Asmod3us to see if he is interested in selling his to you or perhaps post a new WTB string for your need to buy one...

If I see one go up for sale on here or another forum I will PM you!
