It is time for my second scheduled service (the 60,000 mi one) and I was wondering what I should expect to pay (I live in Atlanta) and if there is an alternative to doing it at the dealer.

You are looking at around $600 for the service. The Inspection II (60,000 mi) mostly checking the condition of things (brake pads, rotors, bushings, etc). If something needs to be replaced it will cost more.
