I know that if you want to add a picture you have to use the IMG tags however it has to be in the format jpeg or giff or something.
I have uploaded a picture but everytime i get to it, it gives me a internet address, how do i get the jpeg line that i can add between the IMG tags.

Make sure you are logged in under m3forum.net and not using just an IP address in both the gallery and the area your are trying to post on.

what you are doing is trying to get the properties of an attachment image which would end up in like http://.....php which is invalid. I would suggest UPLOADING it NOT as an attachment but as a picture in your MY GALLERY (PHOTO) section. This will allow you to then access your gallery, and get the proper .jpg extension.
