Hey,

I kep finding white dots on my paintwork which rub off after a little bit of elbow grease, but they keep re-appearing. Just curious as to what the white dots are? :hmm:

How big are the dots? If they are about 2-10mm, probably water spots.

They're approximately that big in size. (2-10mm).

If Icould get my big fat lazy arse out of bed, I'll go hunt some down and get some pictures. :D

I have jet black, and it just rained, so my car is riddled with them :pee: .

Sounds like you may want to go to a different wax and claybar before you do so. Is it dots or rings?

Not sure exactly what's on your paint without seeng a picture, but do you happen to work where any high volume spray painting is going on? That's what it sounds like it might be. Do you notice the dots only after something significant associated with weather or where you drive? Construction area, new neighborhood, anything of that nature? Are you in a high pollen area? If you have claybar, that should remove what you have a bit easier.
