Every gas station I've been to posts a statement saying the gas contains up to 10%. I just figured it was state law, but I tried to search it on google and couldn't find a satisfactory answer. You might have better success.

I haven't been in the Ft Collins area lately, so I'll offer you this link -- http://www.coloradogasprices.com/Phillips_66_Gas_Stations/Fort_Collins/101729/index.aspx -- which has phone numbers to a few area Phillips 66 retailers. You may find ethanol-free fuel at any of them or you may not. I'll wish you luck.

Another possibility would be finding a station that caters to boat owners. I have no idea what the sentiment among boaters is in your area, but here in Florida the gas stations have been read the riot act about the evils of ethanol. Consequently, ethanol free fuel is being sold at stations near marinas, docks, etc.., as well as other areas. Some Chevron and Exxon stations sell it...here. Citgo stations do as well.

If you still do not find any ethanol free retailer, check http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html (top tier gasoline brands) the brands which have gone above and beyond federal guidelines for ethanol blend production in an effort to address consumer issues stemming from ethanol usage in boats, lawnmowers, etc..,

If you don't mind taking a little stroll. There is a berthoud gas station that sells 93 octane for the cycle enthusist. I don't know if they sell it without ethanol, but here is the link.
The Kwik Korner - (437 N US Hwy 287, Berthoud) (970)-532-4967
93 octane - http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF8&q=kwik+korner+berthoud+co&fb=1&gl=us&hq=kwik+korner&hnear=berthoud+co&view=map&f=d&daddr=437+CR+56,+Berthoud,+CO+80513&geocode=CVaxraoF7MnpFRIBZwIdm0K8-Q

and

There is also a place you could call if they are still in business, and they may help. Redline Motorsports 1925 Timberline Rd. Suite S4A Fort Collins, CO 80525. Phone: 970-221-4805

Ha iston Oilco - (225 Maple St,Fort Collins,CO 80521 ) Phone: (970) 482-8053 100 octane (low lead), 112 octane (leaded)

Schrader's Country Store "aka Schrader Oil CO Car Washes" - (320 N College Ave,Fort Collins,CO 80524) Phone: (970) 482-5211
112 octane (leaded): late spring and summer only

Let me know what you find out with the FC places. I have filled up with the berthoud place a few times now after the stupid software recall and noticed a loss of power with 91. 93 there has returned some of the lost power from the software change. Good Luck!:thumbsup2::thumbsup2:

so i called the gas station in berthoud and the 93 does have ethanol. then i called halston and she said they dont deliver to the public but the super unlead that she sends to Vern's does Not have ethanol. Vern's is heading towards the rist canyon.
next i called schrader's and she said they have ethanol but they do haul fuel to 2 sandy's locations which do not have ethanol in the super. those are both shell. 1 one is the one on prospect and timberline by the sheriffs department and the other one is timberline north just past vine.
so we still have a few choices.

I believe that we have a law requiring that at least 75 percent of all gasoline sold in Colorado contains 10 percent ethanol by volume, from November through April of every year.
