Hey guys everyday im getting post from a lot of you guys asking for meets, memberships, and website favors. I have also been talking with a good friend of mine over a bavarauto he is trying go get his company to sponsor our club, but if that happens we will need to have some kind of chain of command I know we agreed to have no president but if we will be sponsored we should do what the company asks. President
Vice President
Someone in charge of web design (simple website updating)
Treasurer
A meet manager (someone who sets up meets)
Non of these positions will give anyone in the club more power then the other how ever it will be easier to maintain the club.
you do not have to vote if you do not agree with this please say so everyone opinion in this club counts!

hey jon thanx for letting me join the club. hey guys im new to this forum i post all the time on e46fantics i saw this site check it out its cool, Jon since i see you take care of all the memberships and u have been doing a great job with the cool site so i would like to Vote for you to be the president. :peace:

See, I knew this is going to happen... that's way I asked about this when we first formed the club ;)
Don't forget to elect a Treasurer as well... especially when there are sponsorships and fund raises/donations... someone need to be in charge of the "book-keeping" :whistle:
