Many people seem to like Zaino, Leatherique, and 303 protectant for the dash.

dude I am going through this process now with my new M. You should check out the "garage" section of the forum, as there is more information there (and probably do a search). Your thread is going to be moved there anyways.

I decided against zaino - it seemed too complicated for me. This is what I ended up with:

windows: invisible glass (properautocare.com)
leather: spinneybeck (leatherz.com)
tires: blackfire (properautocare.com) sponge (griotsgarage)
interior: blackfire (properautocare.com)
wash: mr. clean (target)
wax: best of show wax and speedshine (griotsgarage.com)
towels: microfiber/waffle/soft mitt (pakshak.com)

Just get the starter kit, $81 I think it was. 2 oz does the car three times with leftovers. It really is simple to use and Zaino will provide support until they are blue in the face should you have questions. A really good group of people.

oh, don't forget the vinylex for plastic and vinyl.

For me the best wax is the one that actually gets on the car. I have never used Zaino but I have used Zymol and I think it is more trouble then it is worth. I have not been one to do much leather cleaning as I have never kept a car long enough to have to clean it. My guess would be I am not as fastidious as most on this forum when it comes to their cars. I wash my car every three to four weeks if it needs it or not!
