well, my friend I believe you have to take alot of thing in to consideration , you have to depend on where do you stand finacially and as a driver. BMW always incorporate it self with the slogan "ultimate driving machine" because it can hold it's on from the bottom to top end class. I'm getting an E46 M3 in January, and I can't wait for it. Infiniti is known to being able to put up a fight with BMW, like couple of issues ago of Road and Track with Sedan feature. BMW came second because of the price different eventhough Infiniti can match BMW in every department, it was considerbly cheaper. I don't know how much is G35 but probally not as much as what I am paying for mine (57,000) but remember mine is fully stocked. But if money is not the problem for you, my bet is that the M3 is what's you might be looking for, for the best of the "battle of the Coupes" these days.hope this help.
