my sister has that~ the 325ti with the same sports pack. It handles well for a hatch and more preferred than the 120i.

The headlights are too round and so is the back end....quarter windows are too big.

That is not fake carbon fibre. It is what is known as Aluminum Cube trim. It comes in either black or silver.
The Performance Package non-E46s came with it as does the Competition Package M3's.
