In Ogden, just got an E46 Interlagos Blue ZCP on New Years Eve, drove it back from Chicago, where the car was purchased.
Loving it so far, trying not to drive it in the snow though, probably going to stay in the garage for a few months.

And yeah, those are the snows on it in the pics. The paint is absolutely perfect though, hence not wanting to drive in the snow.

Got out of there before the snow. Back in Cali now. Utah was great. Went bare foot tubing and lost my glasses in the river. I made a post about my trip, and they moved it to the utah regional section. Didn't know the forum had one.

New to me 2001 M3 owner here in Sandy. I picked up the car on an impulse buy and decided to do the PPI - post purchase. Turns out the car needed quite a bit of love. Well, I am just about to complete all of the suspension work and was wondering if anyone in the SLC area could recommend a good shop to do the alignment. I am new to the area and am not familiar with any of the work around here.

I knew of a lot of the problems before I bought and they were factored in to what I paid. What jacked the price up was the BMW rates. I did all the work and saved about 80%.

As far as suspension I replaced it with stock because I was able to quickly and cheaply source OEM bushings and inner tire rod ends. I wanted to get the car on the road reliably for summer. It is replacing my motorcycle that was totaled by some ass-hat who rear ended me on I-15. When I put it away for winter I plan to upgrade the suspension, brakes and comfort features (OEM Nav and HK is terrible).

I've heard the stock Navi & HK isn't all that great. I had the business CD, just upgraded to the Dynavin, next is upgrading all the speakers.

How do you like the Dynavin? From what I am reading there are mixed reviews between ease of install and factory look vs. high end functionality.

I guess I would say it's hit and miss. I love the way it looks, some of the features are great, and it sounds way better than the Business CD I had in the car before. That being said, it definitely has it's quirks and nuances. My biggest gripe is the iPod interface; Every time I shut the car off, it resets the iPod, so the next time I start the car, I have to go back to iPod and start it all over. I suppose it's not too bad when I'm keeping it on random, but it will not work at all if I want to listen to a podcast. I am hoping a firmware update will come out soon that will fix this.

I had a quick trip to san fran, i have a thread on it in the e36 discussions

A long, lonely drive across Nevada. Last time I drove through, I was with a C6 Z06, a CL55, and an S65. We pretty much raced the whole way, then stopped in Wendover for drinks and gambling.

But yeah, while I'm on here, my M3 broke down for the first time, happened just outside of Kamas (Made the run to Evanston, Mirror Lake, then to Park City. Didn't go as planned though) Where has everyone been taking their ///M's for service? I had inspection II done at the dealer, but I have yet to find an indy shop.
