I was going to use Lexol, but it was not recommended by the company. I tried Macquires (sp?), but it seems to wrinkle the leather. Any ideas?

Any ideas? I used to use Lexol but I now swear by leatherique www.leatherique.com I restored the interior on my E30 Cabrio with it and it came out great. I am not 100% sure whether or not it is required for Nappa Leather but I have used it on so many cars with positive results. Definately give em a call and ask em about using it on Nappa Leather, they are extremely friendly and helpful. RheinoM3 Wed, Aug-28-2002, 12:44:10 PM Thanks for the info. I ended up buying Hide Food and had average results (leather looks streaky in places). I will probably try something different in the future. dragonm3 Sat, Aug-31-2002, 05:40:10 PM Hm, why isn't it? Did they give any specifics? I'm looking to purchase leather conditioner in the next week so.... |
