anyone have any experience with these guys? i hear alot about their superchargers.

well, i went and spoke to jim goodrow at downing-atlanta and he informed me that his sc charger for the e36 m's will be ready for testing in about 8 to 10 weeks. they use the eaton sc which supposed to be more efficient. i'll keep updating for anyone interested in sc'ing

did he say anything about pricing yet... including installation.. cause if it ain't bad.. i wouldn't mind doing that...after the muffler and CAI get here.. is there anything else i should do first???

they haven't come up w/ pricing yet. jim told me to check by in 3-4 weeks so i'll let you know soon. few things i'm installing before is better brakes(brembo or stoptech). tranmission mounts, suspension...prob gc set up.

Performance BMW magazine is doing a full feature on a Downing Atlanta supercharged BMW real soon, the car is owned by Ryan Saylor of Eurasian Concepts and shown at the Import Eurasia Show in Baltimore this past April. You can read coverage of the show in the July issue of Performance BMW.
