Hello All

It is strange to visit this site and only two threads!! Just sharing the good news....placed $500 for a #3 spot for M5 allocations for BMW White Plains. My dealer said that the new M5s will be a 2005 model which will debut at NY showrooms next year (2004!!!!) Once the details are available, she will need to fill out a formal purchase order! No idea of how much this monster will cost LOL

Now what will I do with two (2) M cars? Happy Holidays to all!! Cheers

The M5 and M6 will have the same engine right? I was thinking of going for the M6 but I have reservations on how the back looks like. The boot lid is in the same template of one of the GM cars currently in production.

lorenzo good for you, im #2 on my dealers list for the m5. I signed up like a year ago...its interesting to see that even though you signed up now your still #3 on the list.

The m5 and M6 will use the same 5.5l 550+hp V10 engine. Im not happy about the looks on either and thats why my m5 is leaving to be supercharged at the end of the month. The new one might perform well but i dont think i can have an ugly car...wait and see.

What 2 M's are you currently running?

Tri thanks for your email. I am excited about the M5 (not yet shocked by the price!!) Many people have told me to go for the Mercedes E55 but I can't shed my BMW M loyalty just as yet.

I was referring to having 2 M cars when the M5 arrives. It will be ihteresting to have 2 Monsters in the garage! The heads up display and the seven speed transmission is the most intriguing, I think.

I don't think rob is lucky at all.

Rob, is a hard working citizen in his profession, which allows him to afford such luxuries, no luck involved unless he made his fortune by winning the lotto? ;)

An M5 was always my first choice. Good luck with it!
