Not sure if this has been answered.

I know there is a Coupe, 4 Door and Cab, but will BMW offer a M3 Wagon?

My AW Coupe is at the dealer here in NJ, but my wife and I just got news we are expecting our first child, and a wagon would be much more practical. Might free up a coupe for someone here...

Any info would be great.

Thanks!

Well CONGRATS on the child!! Thats awesome. That aside, wouldn't a sedan be a good choice as well?

Sedan would work, but I think the wife would perfer a Wagon. She has an E class Benz wagon now. It is a 98 running strong with 140,000 mi, but I just do not want her driving the baby around to family and friends in that car. To much risk for some type of trouble.

Anyway, a sedan is an option, but faced with the Sedan, I really like the C63. I am not going to track the car, and the C63 straight line is a bit faster than the M3. And I think I like the looks of the C63 more than the M3 sedan.

I was going to trade my e46 cab in on the 08 coupe, but now I am looking at the sedan with the new tranny, or the C63. But the wife would love a wagon...

We shall see.

"I'd like to buy a BMW MOTOR SPORT 3, do they make a Station Wagon?"

"I wonder" how the M3 got softer: steering/suspension/seats/"look", quiet exhaust, Ad nauseam.

I may be wrong, but I think in Germany they made an M3 wagon. (E46)
I wish they would make an M3 wagon available in the US. I would by one in a heartbeat for my wife.

That's kind of harsh buddy.......
Everybody has personal preferences and if a guy needs the space of a wagon but likes the performance of a M3, why wouldn't he look for one or inquire if one would be available? I mean, in the history of 3-series wagons, it's only the body that is different - chassis and drive train are the same. So if an M3 wagon were available, sure - it would probably weigh more, but it probably wouldn't handle or perform substantially worse than the sedan. Sure as s#it would be about the fastest wagon on the road!! I thought is was a good question anyway......
